We\'re looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the delivery of BIM across large, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. This role involves driving innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting digital transformation in the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery, including execution plans, CDE management, 3D reviews, clash detection, and COBie data.
- Develop and implement BIM processes, procedures, and assurance regimes.
- Manage BIM resources and provide technical support and training.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, clients, and supply chain.
- Support the wider BIM strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Chartered or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, GSL).
- Proven track record delivering large BIM projects.
- Experience managing teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Bentley ProjectWise, AECOsim/Microstation, Synchro, and Esri ArcGIS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
