As of July 1, 2025, this location will become an Urgent Care Center providing urgent behavioral health access for children, adolescents, and adults seeking outpatient counseling. We are a strong-knit community that values staff ideas and contributions. Minimum Education Required Master\’s Degree Responsibilities Promote a safe, healthy, and open environment for clients. Provide evaluations and treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Coordinate with clients\’ families and external stakeholders. Offer outreach services from schools and social service agencies. Advocate for clients within the program and with external agencies. Maintain up-to-date client records, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Participate actively in supervision and staff meetings. Ensure respectful and dignified treatment of clients in accordance with Advocates Human Rights Policy. Perform duties following agency policies and procedures. Use private, confidential, and professional environments for client interactions. Qualifications MSW or MA in a related field from an accredited institution, with at least one year of outpatient experience. Eligibility for LMHC or LICSW licensure. Bilingual in one or more languages relevant to the communities served. Valid driver\’s license and access to an insured vehicle. Excellent communication skills, including documentation. Supportive, client-centered approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Understanding of and competence in serving diverse populations.
