Are you ready to take supplier relationships to the next level? Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading FMCG brand in their search for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their Procurement team.

The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment to performance, compliance, and planning expectations.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, long-term agreements, and improvement initiatives.
  • Drive supplier-enabled innovation, from materials to product formats and value engineering.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, responsiveness) and lead improvement cycles.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Technical/Quality, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure a stable, reliable supply chain.
  • Support formalization of SLAs and supplier governance to improve lead times and operational predictability.

About You:

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, ideally in food, beverage, or related categories.
  • Commercially minded with experience in supplier contracts, compliance, and performance management.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence across multiple functions and levels.
  • Curious, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a proactive, open mindset.
  • Experience in regulated or claims-sensitive categories (e.g., health & wellness, functional foods, early-life nutrition, free-from foods) is advantageous.
