We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join The Advocate Group, focused on delivering high-quality hires across a portfolio of established key accounts within the consumer products space. This is a pure delivery role, working predominantly on exclusive, committed hiring projects with globally recognised brands. You’ll inherit an active pipeline and play a central role in executing against multi-hire briefs and long-term hiring plans.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering across a consistent flow of live roles, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, pace, and commercial outcomes.
- Deliver across predominantly exclusive, committed hiring projects within key FMCG / consumer product accounts.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining quality and pace.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process.
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise account performance and delivery output.
- Contribute to ongoing account development through insight, market knowledge, and execution.
