The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make their mark by driving sales and deepening relationships with salon partners while managing key internal growth initiatives. Here’s how:

  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners
  • Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels
  • Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance
  • Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success

About You:

  • Experience in partnership management, account management, or internal sales, customer service or Business Development.
  • Background in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is desirable
  • Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long-term value
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand growth
