The Advocate Group is exclusively supporting Monster Energy on the appointment of a Health & Safety Officer to play a hands-on role across offices, sites, events and third-party partners throughout the region. This is a role for someone who wants to be out in the business, shaping safety culture on the ground - not just buried behind policies.

The role
- Support and evolve Monster’s H&S management system across EMEA
- Act as a key H&S contact for allocated regions and functions
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Support Monster events and third-party locations
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
- Deliver H&S training and inductions
What Monster is looking for
