Think reception is “just admin”… or do you see it as the front line of a global brand? Ready to be the first face, first voice and first impact of Monster Energy’s EMEA HQ? We’re supporting Monster Energy to find a standout Receptionist to take ownership of front-of-house at their EMEA headquarters. This is not a “sit-behind-the-desk” reception role — this is about presence, confidence, organisation and representing one of the most iconic brands on the planet.

Monster isn’t subtle. It’s bold, disruptive, fast-moving, and unapologetic — and the person at reception needs to reflect that energy from the second someone walks through the door.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and internal teams. You’ll run the front of house with confidence and polish, ensuring the office operates smoothly and every guest leaves with a positive Monster experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Owning reception and being the face of Monster’s EMEA HQ
  • Answering, screening and managing incoming calls professionally
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, issuing passes and managing arrivals
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and refreshment requirements
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Keeping the reception area sharp, clean and on-brand
  • Managing office supplies and stock levels
  • Conducting weekly fire alarm testing with Facilities / H&S
  • Maintaining the reception fridge
  • Monitoring the reception helpdesk inbox and actioning requests
  • Providing ad-hoc admin and secretarial support when needed

This role evolves with the business — flexibility and initiative matter.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house role – admin, hospitality, retail, whatever!
  • A confident, friendly and professional presence
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A genuine team player who takes pride in their space and impact

If you’re passionate, proactive and thrive in an environment with energy, attitude, and edge then get in touch!
