Spent the last few years in packaging audits, specs and copack sites?
Monster Energy need a Packaging Quality Engineer for their EMEA Quality team, based in London.
You'd own packaging quality across the region auditing can, lid and preform manufacturers, validating specs at copack sites, and sorting nonconformances before they hit the shelf.
What's involved
- Packaging manufacturing & copack site audits (cans, lids, preforms)
- Technical integration from concept to production
- Validating specs cans, glass/PET bottles, trays, multipacks, closures, shrink wrap
- Handling consumer & customer complaints tied to packaging
- Monitoring line performance and running the claims process
- Working with Engineering & NPD on nonconformances
What we are looking for
- 3-5+ years in Packaging Engineering or QA.
- Degree in Engineering, Packaging, Chemistry, Microbiology or Food Science Master's a plus.
- Comfortable on a plant floor and in front of a KPI deck.
- Able to travel 40% across EMEA.
Reports into the QA Director Europe & QA Director Africa.
