The role

As an HR Generalist, you'll provide hands-on, end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you'll advise on a broad range of HR matters including recruitment, employee relations, policy, compliance and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting hiring managers with effective hiring decisions
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policy and local legislation
  • Advising managers and employees on performance, engagement and day-to-day people matters
  • Leading employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and redundancies
  • Managing leave of absence processes and liaising with internal and external providers
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment law across EMEA and consistent application of HR policies
  • Supporting visa, sponsorship and international transfer processes where required
  • Maintaining accurate HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors
  • Contributing to HR projects, policy development and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or international environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident, professional communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and data
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards completion (preferred)
