We're currently partnering with Monster Energy on the search for an Event Experience Coordinator , to help make sure their sports and events deliver the kind of experiences people remember. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the team - keeping projects moving, managing the detail and jumping in wherever needed to make sure everything comes together. Supporting the planning and delivery of Monster’s sports and events. Keeping project plans, timelines and team activity on track. Coordinating travel, hotels, transfers and itineraries for guests and hosts. ✈️ Supporting staff, guests and partners onsite at events. ️ Managing the Event Experience Portal and helping improve the way it works. Coordinating meetings, calls and internal project activity. Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Travelling to events to support onsite execution. Experience in events, hospitality, PA/EA or project coordination . Confidence managing travel, schedules, logistics and multiple priorities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting budgets and project administration. Flexible and happy to travel and provide onsite event support. An international driving licence and confidence driving abroad.
