Internal Communications is at the heart of Monster's ambitious growth plans, making this a highly visible and impactful role across the business. Supporting the Internal Communications strategy, you'll work with stakeholders at all levels, helping to shape employee engagement, drive key business initiatives, and bring exciting internal events and communications to life.

The Role:
- Support the planning and execution of leadership events, town halls, office takeovers and EMEA broadcasts.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, AV requirements, health and safety, and other key delivery components in partnership with stakeholders.
- Take a hands‑on role during events, overseeing set‑up, run‑of‑show and real‑time issue resolution.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of invitations, updates, FAQs, live communications and post‑event follow‑ups: Collect feedback and support post‑event reviews to enhance future event delivery.
- Provide flexible support across internal communications initiatives during quieter periods.
About You:
- Experience supporting event delivery and/or internal communications in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑heavy environment.
- Clear, accurate copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and tone.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders effectively.
- Confidently engaging a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using and adapting to internal communication and publishing platforms.
- Interested in feedback, performance insight and improving future delivery.
- Willing to support live events, including occasional out‑of‑hours requirements during peak periods.
