Monster Energy is undergoing a major global digital transformation, consolidating systems into SAP and strengthening how product and promotional data is managed across EMEA and beyond. This is a newly created role at the centre of that journey. Monster is looking to appoint a Digital Transformation Process Lead (PLM) to bridge business and IT, ensuring Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and master data requirements are clearly defined, governed and delivered at pace.
You’ll be working in a high-energy, results-driven environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Operations and Supply Chain, while collaborating with global teams based in the US.
Key responsibilities:- Acting as the business lead for PLM and product/master data requirements
- Translating business objectives into clear, actionable IT and SAP requirements
- Owning and shaping data governance principles across PLM and MPD domains
- Working closely with IT, Supply Chain and programme teams to support delivery
- Supporting ERP and PLM implementation activity with a strong business-process lens
- Balancing governance and control with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
- Engaging regularly with US-based stakeholders and working across time zones
This role plays a critical part in ensuring PLM enables growth rather than slowing the business down.
Qualifications:- Strong understanding of SAP environments, particularly master data and/or PLM
- Experience working on IT, ERP or digital implementation projects from a business perspective
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Exposure to ERP and PLM implementations
- Background in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or similarly complex sectors
- Pragmatic, “get it done” mindset
- Confident engaging and challenging stakeholders
- Flexible approach to working hours across global teams
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
