I’m partnering with Monster Energy on two key hires within their EMEA Operations team—and these are not your typical planning roles. This is a chance to step into a business that thrives on pace, scale, and transformation, where planning isn’t just about numbers—it’s about driving performance across a global supply chain.

You’ll be joining a team that’s evolving fast—moving towards a more data-led, forward-looking planning model with a 3-year horizon mindset. These are technically strong planning roles—ideal for individuals who can go beyond execution and truly understand, interpret, and influence through data.

  • Building and managing material requirements plans (MRP)
  • Owning inventory optimisation—balancing availability vs. waste
  • Partnering with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
  • Driving supplier forecasting accuracy using data and insights
  • Proven background in MRP / supply or material planning (FMCG preferred)
  • SAP S/4HANA (highly desirable) or SAP ECC / IBP exposure
  • Experience using Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating in a transformation environment with ongoing system change

If you’re a data-driven planner with strong SAP experience, looking to step into one of two high-impact roles with real technical depth and long-term influence, I’d love to speak with you.
