We're proud to be partnering with Monster Energy to recruit an Assistant Accountant into their EMEA Finance team. Reporting into a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the accounting, reporting and compliance activities for several EMEA entities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
  • Assisting with annual statutory accounts and corporation tax requirements
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting analysis
  • Supporting VAT, payroll and audit activities
  • Working closely with external advisors and stakeholders across EMEA
  • Contributing to finance projects and continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Part Qualified and actively studying towards ACCA or ACA qualification
  • Previous experience within a finance or accounting role
  • Exposure to month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
