The Advocate Group are partnering with a global luxury beauty brand to recruit a Business Analyst.

This is a key commercial role supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting, forecasting and data-driven insight.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and retail partners to analyse performance, identify growth opportunities and support the delivery of commercial targets across multiple retail channels.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Deliver weekly and monthly retail performance reporting across key accounts, categories and product launches, providing clear insights and recommendations.

Analyse sales trends, identify risks and highlight opportunities for growth.

Maintain sales forecasts, targets and performance tracking in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.

Analyse promotional and marketing performance, assessing ROI and recommending improvements.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accurate, accessible commercial data.

Sales Planning & Commercial Support

Partner with Account, Trade Marketing and Field teams to optimise investment and commercial performance.

Analyse retailer performance and channel data to identify risks and opportunities.

Support teams with reporting tools and commercial insights to improve self-sufficiency and analytical capability.

Support budgeting, sales tracking and performance reporting.

Produce ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders including performance reviews, competitor insight and market opportunities.

Prepare data for business reviews and leadership presentations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear commercial insight.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.

Experience in retail, commercial analysis, business intelligence or similar role.

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
