We’re looking for a Talent Associate to join The Advocate Group, supporting delivery across a portfolio of established key accounts within the consumer products space. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a career in recruitment. You’ll start by supporting experienced consultants on active roles and projects, with a clear pathway to quickly take ownership of your own vacancies as your capability develops.
The Role
- You’ll work closely with senior team members to support delivery across a consistent flow of live roles, learning how to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Support delivery across predominantly exclusive, committed hiring projects within key FMCG / consumer product accounts.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of live vacancies.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn how to run processes end-to-end, with a view to taking ownership of roles quickly.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver against client requirements and deadlines.
