Are you a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader ready to drive transformation across D2C, retail, and e-commerce channels?
Advocate Group is currently representing Le Creuset, a globally recognised brand renowned for its craftsmanship, innovation, and enduring quality. As they continue their ambitious growth journey in the UK market, Le Creuset is investing in supply chain excellence to support their omnichannel success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the UK supply chain strategy, aligned with global direction and local market needs
- Lead all inbound and outbound operations across e-commerce, retail store replenishment, and D2C fulfilment
- Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse optimisation to support availability and accuracy
- Champion service excellence and delivery performance across all customer channels
- Collaborate with global, regional, and UK teams to ensure operational alignment and best practice adoption
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team including warehouse and distribution leads
- Oversee supplier and 3PL relationships, driving commercial efficiency and compliance
- Maximise the value of ERP/WMS systems to improve reporting, automation, and process performance
- Own the UK supply chain budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Experienced supply chain leader with a background in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce environments
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel operations including D2C and B2B
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities
- Adept at systems such as D365, SAP, or other leading ERP/WMS platforms
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for building empowered, high-performing teams
- Customer-first approach with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and innovation
- Resilient, agile, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
