The Advocate Group are supporting a premium retail brand in the search of an experienced Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a high-performing store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help lead and motivate a customer-focused team, drive sales performance, maintain excellent store standards, and ensure smooth operational delivery. You will take responsibility for supervising staff, managing stock, supporting merchandising activity, and acting as the duty manager when required.
Key requirements include:
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role, ideally within a fast paced premium brand environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Confidence with stock control, cash handling, and store operations
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Physically capable of regular heavy lifting as part of daily operations
