I’m currently partnering with Monster Energy to appoint an Event Production Manager (UK) — a high-impact position at the heart of one of the world’s most recognisable and disruptive brands. This is not a desk-based role. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and highly visible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the planning and delivery of major events across EMEA — from festivals to action sports
- Owning end-to-end production, including logistics, H&S, and on-site execution
- Building and managing freelance event teams and supporting local markets
- Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and senior leadership
- Driving continuous improvement through post-event analysis and reporting
