The Advocate Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with Monster Energy to appoint a Senior Technical Project Manager – a business-critical hire leading one of the company's most important data transformation programmes across EMEA & Oceania.
This is far more than a traditional project management role. Sitting within the Commercial Strategy & Development function, you will lead the delivery and adoption of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric across a region generating over €1.7bn in annual sales and spanning global territories.

The Opportunity
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile Power BI and Fabric programme across EMEA & Oceania
- Define project scope, deliverables, roadmaps and execution plans
- Manage and coordinate a technical development team based in India
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple functions
- Challenge and support developers to ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Build compelling data-driven narratives for senior leadership teams
- Drive consistency and standardisation of reporting and analytics across international markets
- Deliver deep-dive analysis and commercial insights that influence business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, decision-making and commercial effectiveness across the region
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines technical credibility with outstanding stakeholder management and programme delivery experience. You will likely bring:
- Strong experience delivering complex data, analytics or business intelligence programmes
- Advanced Power BI expertise
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and DAX
- Proven project and programme management capability
- Experience managing technical teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to challenge, influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and data storytelling capabilities
- Experience translating technical outputs into meaningful business outcomes
- A meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail
