A leading global premium drinks business is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager. This is a high-impact role supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve organisational effectiveness and enhance commercial execution across the region.
This role sits at the centre of the business, partnering closely with commercial, finance, supply chain and category teams to improve processes, strengthen planning capabilities and drive operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic & Leadership Team Support
- Partner with the Managing Director and regional leadership team to prioritise and drive strategic initiatives.
- Provide analytical and operational support across key business workstreams.
- Facilitate leadership planning cycles, including annual and mid-term strategic planning.
- Drive stronger cross-functional collaboration and organisational alignment.
- Business Process & Transformation
- Lead initiatives to improve planning, reporting and performance measurement across the region.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive agility and productivity.
- Work with regional teams and IT to implement new systems and automated ways of working.
- Embed new business processes and ensure strong cross-functional adoption.
- Commercial Operations
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing leaders to strengthen Sales & Business Planning processes.
- Improve commercial tools, reporting and execution standards across the organisation.
- Support the rollout and optimisation of commercial systems and trade investment processes.
- Act as a key link between commercial teams and the supply chain to ensure operational alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
- 4+ years’ experience in FMCG or branded consumer products, ideally within commercial, strategy or finance roles.
- Strong business acumen with exposure to P&L performance.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organisation.
