The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of innovation, compliance and strategic business projects across international markets. • Proven end-to-end project management experience
  • Exposure to innovation, product development, compliance or transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership teams
  • The ability to challenge constructively and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives with operational delivery
  • Experience working across multiple functions within a matrix organisation
