We’re looking for an
E-commerce Coordinato r to join a collaborative online team during a particularly busy period.
This is an urgent
4-month temporary opportunity , ideal for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, online trading, digital retail or a similar environment.
You’ll be supporting the team across day-to-day e-commerce activity, helping to make sure products, content and campaigns are accurate, on time and ready for customers.
- What you'll be doing
- Supporting product set-up and website updates, ensuring information and imagery are accurate.
- Helping with online merchandising and keeping products and content looking their best.
- Supporting the launch of campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity.
- Carrying out regular website checks and audits, flagging any issues or inaccuracies.
- Supporting the wider team with D2C and online trading activity.
- Helping prepare the website for peak trading periods.
- Working with Marketing, Brand, Creative and Merchandising teams to get online activity live.
- Assisting with general e-commerce projects and day-to-day online tasks.
- Keeping on top of deadlines and making sure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience for this role — we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, commercially minded and ready to get stuck in.
Ideally, you'll have
- Around 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, online trading, digital or online retail.
- Some experience with websites, product content, product uploads or online merchandising.
- An interest in how e-commerce and online customer journeys work.
- Strong attention to detail — getting the small things right is important!
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks at once.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
- The ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
Please note - this is a temporary contract paying the equivalent day rate to stated permanent salary.
