The Advocate Group is exclusively partnering with a global personal care and beauty organisation to find a Strategy, Data & Analytics Manager for their UK&I business. This is a genuinely broad and visible role, sitting at the centre of regional strategy, retail reporting and pricing, and turning all three into direction the leadership team can act on.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the regional strategy process end to end: shaping the framework, coordinating senior leadership input, and keeping the narrative consistent from planning through to delivery.
  • Lead retail data and reporting, owning the weekly and monthly dashboards and acting as day to day client contact for the external data and analytics partnership.
  • Head up the wider business analyst community, connecting insight and best practice across brands.
  • Run the annual regional pricing process, working closely with global pricing teams and owning governance throughout.
  • Play an active role in a live transformation workstream and sit on the AI taskforce, helping shape how the function works next.

What we're looking for:

  • 4 to 7 years' experience in a commercial strategy, business analytics or FP&A adjacent role within a branded consumer business, ideally beauty, personal care, luxury or premium FMCG.
  • A proven track record as the connective tissue between senior leadership and data teams: credible with ELT level stakeholders, equally at home in a pricing model or a boardroom deck.
  • Experience managing a third party data or analytics relationship (Accenture, Deloitte or similar) as a genuine partnership, not just consuming what comes out the other end.
  • Exposure to leading or co-leading a strategy planning cycle; prior pricing governance experience is a strong advantage.
  • A confident, low ego operator who drives change and brings people with them without needing the authority of a big team behind them.

This is a rare kind of seat: close enough to the business to genuinely shape it, senior enough in influence to be heard by those at the very top. If you want a role where strategy, data and commercial reality all meet in one job description, we would love to hear from you.
