We are supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant transformation within its marketing function and are seeking an experienced Marketing Change Manager to play a key role in designing and embedding new ways of working. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong change management expertise with a solid understanding of marketing operations and processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support the implementation of a new marketing operating model, helping teams adopt new governance structures, processes, and responsibilities across a complex international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of new marketing processes, governance frameworks, and operating models
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies, and adoption challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple marketing functions
- Develop and deliver communications that support engagement, understanding, and adoption of change
- Analyse training requirements and contribute to the creation of learning and capability-building plans
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate processes, and drive alignment
- Create high-quality change, process, and implementation materials to support programme delivery
- Track progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement throughout the transformation journey
- Act as a trusted partner to project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
About You
- Proven experience delivering change management, business transformation, or operating model programmes
- Background in marketing, consulting, transformation, or organisational change
- Strong understanding of marketing functions and associated processes, including areas such as: Product, Trade, Consumer, Comms & PR, Product, eCommerce, Digital
- Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications planning, and training needs analysis
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of deliverables
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong facilitation and workshop management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and delivery-focused approach
Preferred Experience
- Experience within FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer-focused organisations
- Consulting experience gained within a recognised consultancy or transformation environment
- Exposure to large-scale organisational or functional transformation programmes
