Are you ready to shape the future of some of the UK's most beloved food and drink brands? The Advocate Group have partnered with a major food & beverage manufacturer that are on the lookout for a highly proficient Shopper Marketing Manager (on a 12 month FTC) that will play a pivotal role in bringing their brands to life. The business is shining a spotlight on their shopper function with some incredible activations planned for 2026 so this is an incredible opportunity to make your mark!

This role will look after key grocery customers, be pivotal in gaining solid ROI and helping to drive the shopper marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute the shopper marketing plan, grounded in shopper insights.
  • Lead the charge on shopper messaging and brand activation, ensuring products resonate with consumers at every touchpoint.
  • Own the customer calendar, working closely with customer marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, whilst continuously looking at opportunities to improve.
  • Manage key agency relationships and lead product sampling initiatives to further elevate brands.

  • A seasoned Shopper Marketing professional with a deep understanding of shopper behaviour, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable shopper marketing plans.
