We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join The Advocate Group, focused on delivering high-quality hires across a portfolio of established key accounts within the consumer products space. This is a pure delivery role, working predominantly on exclusive, committed hiring projects with globally recognised brands. You’ll inherit an active pipeline and play a central role in executing against multi-hire briefs and long-term hiring plans.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering across a consistent flow of live roles, partnering closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, pace, and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver across predominantly exclusive, committed hiring projects within key FMCG / consumer product accounts.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, maintaining quality and pace.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the wider team to maximise account performance and delivery output.
  • Contribute to ongoing account development through insight, market knowledge, and execution.

  • Sector experience is not essential. We’re open to recruiters from other markets who can demonstrate strong performance and want to transition into the consumer products space.
