A global premium spirits brand, with household names and products that are loved around the globe is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Revenue Growth Management Manager for Global Travel Retail (GTR). As a Senior RGM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to optimise value creation through pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade terms strategy, and product mix. You will collaborate cross-functionally within GTR and across global RGM teams to deliver subject matter expertise. Ideally, you will have exposure to running and operationalising Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Terms Compliance (TTC), and ideally, you will currently be in an RGM position within an FMCG business. You’ll be comfortable building and improving on tools and processes. In return, you’ll join a market leader, with a global presence but keeping an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a medium-term (3-year) RGM strategy for GTR, including pricing, promotion guidelines, and other levers to optimise value creation.
  • Embed the strategy across all functions, supported by tools and data analytics, and implement RGM review cadence and processes.
  • Lead the End-to-End Pricing process for GTR, ensuring harmonisation across the business and building consumer pricing elasticity models.
  • Implement tools for the commercial cycle, such as customer segmentation and promotional analysis, and ensure alignment with annual mandates.
  • Drive conditionality in trade terms and track execution to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Champion harmonisation of pricing across geographies in travel retail and refresh targets with International RGM.
  • Lead, coach, and guide the diverse and remote RGM team to deliver the RGM agenda effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in analytical roles, with 5-7 years in revenue management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Gross to Net/TTC framework and ROI-led Trade Promotion Management.
  • Strong skills in building financial models and data analytics.
  • Experience in Global Travel Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across commercial functions to deliver total business performance solutions.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills across geographies.
  • Experience in managing diverse and remote teams preferred.
