The Advocate Group is proud to represent Monster Energy in their search for a Senior Music Manager to lead the music strategy for one of their most exciting lifestyle-led brands across EMEA.

The Business: A global force in the drinks industry with a disruptive, culturally connected approach to marketing. Known for bold branding, boundary-pushing campaigns, and authentic ties to youth and music culture. Now on a mission to reignite one of its core brands by connecting deeply with the world of music, art, and lifestyle.

The Role: We are looking for a culture-savvy and strategic Senior Music Manager to lead music and lifestyle marketing across EMEA. Here’s how:

  • Develop and execute a long-term music strategy to position the brand as authentic, credible, and connected to music culture.
  • Lead the rollout and evolution of the Burn Energy Tour, working with agency partners across key EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to elevate artist partnerships, content creation, and Burn Tribe community building.
  • Create a digital rulebook to guide brand presence across online and social platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with local marketing teams to ensure high-impact, consistent execution across all territories.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of the brand’s music programme, from presentations and reporting to creative development.
  • Act as a strategic and creative leader—balancing execution with long-term vision and hands-on project management.

About You: Experience in culture, lifestyle, or brand marketing, ideally with a connection to music and youth culture. Deep knowledge of the EMEA music scene, especially emerging artists and communities. Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn brand vision into action. Proven experience leading projects, working cross-functionally, and driving execution at a high standard. Confident communicator and collaborator, with creative flair and commercial awareness. Willingness to travel internationally to support brand activations and events.
