We are seeking a commercially minded, conscientious and driven leader to take this family business to the next level. This is a retail operations and sales role with team management, that includes strategic & executional responsibility.
The Head of Sales & Operations will serve as a strategic, key hire for the business, tasked with overseeing current business operations, as well as directing on future plans. The ideal person will be comfortable wearing many hats, with experience in both Ecommerce and Retail sales.

- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth in the market and business.
