We are delighted to be partnered with a craft beer company who specialise in creating innovative and flavourful beers, including award-winning sours, stouts, lagers, and IPAs. The flavoured category is a massively growing area within Craft Beer and the business are constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional brewing, emphasising creativity and quality.
This fast-growing, independent business has seen consistent year-on-year growth, expanded production capacity by 300%, and built a loyal following across the UK and beyond. There is also forwarding plans to expand the innovative product range beyond the Craft Beer category.
As they enter their next phase of growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to take the reins on commercial strategy and execution. This role is critical in expanding the Brand’s presence and building lasting relationships with new clients across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities within Off Trade, On Trade, Wholesale and D2C to achieve sales growth.
- Management of wholesalers, selling the brand story and ensuring they are pushing visibility and USPs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Present and promote product range to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador at events, meetings, and across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure aligned promotional activity and brand storytelling.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities.
- A genuine thirst for all things Craft Beer.
- Solid track record of developing new business relationships and maximising opportunities with existing customers.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and excellent time management.
- A willingness to roll sleeves up and support across all areas of an SME when needed.
- Effective time management and planning – you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and strategy.
