The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal stage of its development. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, securing new customers, strengthening existing relationships and driving sales growth across your territory.

  • Ensure consistent product availability, visibility and effective merchandising across all assigned outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, providing timely market feedback to management.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, stock levels and other relevant sales information.
  • Support promotional campaigns, in-store activations, product demonstrations and new product launches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits, sales orders and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions and other company events as required.
  • Represent the company at local markets, trade shows, exhibitions and sales events when required.

What we're looking for:

  • We are looking for a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven FMCG sales experience, ideally covering retail, wholesale and distributor channels.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent territory management and business development skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging with buyers, store managers and key decision-makers.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with plenty of initiative and drive.
  • A strong personality with a positive, cheerful disposition and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High levels of energy, resilience and determination.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an eye for identifying growth opportunities.
