The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Product Manager to make their mark and build a long-term product career within FMCG. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle while gaining hands-on exposure to launches, customers, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the gatekeeper for product specifications, packaging options, and spec systems
  • Supporting product development, tenders, and new customer projects alongside PMs and KAMs
  • Coordinating internal launch processes, critical paths, and artwork approvals
  • Managing samples, packaging requests, and Brandbank approvals
  • Conducting market and store audits to track trends and competitor activity
  • Supporting marketing activity execution and customer presentations
  • Maintaining trackers, customer data files, and lab panel results
  • Liaising cross-functionally with factories, R&D, quality, category, and sales teams

About You:

  • 2–3 years’ experience within FMCG, retail, or a design/packaging agency
  • Strong attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Confident communicator able to build relationships internally and externally
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to develop into a standalone Product Manager
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role with some flexibility
