The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Junior Product Manager to make their mark and build a long-term product career within FMCG. You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle while gaining hands-on exposure to launches, customers, and manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the gatekeeper for product specifications, packaging options, and spec systems
- Supporting product development, tenders, and new customer projects alongside PMs and KAMs
- Coordinating internal launch processes, critical paths, and artwork approvals
- Managing samples, packaging requests, and Brandbank approvals
- Conducting market and store audits to track trends and competitor activity
- Supporting marketing activity execution and customer presentations
- Maintaining trackers, customer data files, and lab panel results
- Liaising cross-functionally with factories, R&D, quality, category, and sales teams
About You:
- 2–3 years’ experience within FMCG, retail, or a design/packaging agency
- Strong attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator able to build relationships internally and externally
- Curious, proactive, and keen to develop into a standalone Product Manager
- Comfortable working in an office-based role with some flexibility
