Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for regional markets across the Sports & Lifestyle team
- Support and coordinate centrally led sports, music, and cultural events across EMEA
- Drive communication and collaboration between central teams and local markets
- Develop and execute activation plans across marketing, events, digital, and comms
- Manage relationships with partners, athletes, and key stakeholders
- Oversee sampling logistics and stock management for major global series (e.g., F1, MotoGP, Dakar, UCI)
- Coordinate branding requests, approvals, and creative direction across regions
- Track, collate, and manage data across events, athletes, and activations
- Support retailer and bottler activation initiatives
- Create presentations and case studies to showcase best practices across the business
- Represent Monster Energy at events and industry activations
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in lifestyle or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of motor and action sports
- Proven experience in event management and project activation
- Highly organised with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends as required
