Regional Field Manager to lead a high-performing team of Territory Development Managers (TDMs).
This role sits within the Independent Convenience & Symbols channel and offers the opportunity to make a serious impact on regional sales growth and execution.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of TDMs to deliver against KPIs in distribution, callage and in-store execution.
- Create and execute regional strategies to increase market share and visibility for Monster Energy products.
- Build collaborative relationships with bottler field teams and external stakeholders to drive joint business plans.
- Regularly accompany your team in trade to provide hands-on coaching, development and performance feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently showcasing team achievements and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive scaled brand activation across stores, ensuring quality execution and commercial impact.
- Experience managing a field-based FMCG team, ideally within soft drinks or convenience channels.
- Strong coaching and leadership ability, with a proven track record of performance delivery.
