Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join their On Trade Sales Team in the East Midlands. This role is responsible for promoting our client's brands to On Trade customers, managing sales targets, and building strong relationships within the regional routes to market.
As the Regional Account Manager, you will:
- Manage existing accounts and actively seek new opportunities.
- Ensure that all outlets have the necessary equipment and materials to serve the brand's products to the highest standard.
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profit targets for regional customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring the brand's presence and distribution.
- Identify opportunities to expand brand distribution and secure new outlet stockists.
- Ensure proper brand visibility through POS materials, glassware, and tap badges.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update the CRM database.
- Support smaller, directly supplied customers, including independent Off Trade outlets.
- Work with customers to develop appropriate price structures, promotions, and new brands.
- Take a category-led approach to sales, ensuring the right brand is in the right geography and outlet.
Requirements:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to identify and deliver incremental business opportunities.
