Would you like to join a globally recognised leader in the premium beauty and cosmetics industry, known for its iconic brands, innovation, and strong presence across both retail and digital channels? As the Project Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering transformation projects, bringing together teams, stakeholders and third-party partners to drive change across the business. You'll keep projects moving, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives are successfully embedded across multiple markets.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of transformation and change initiatives across multiple markets and business functions.
- Coordinating activities such as knowledge transfer, training programmes, testing, process adoption and new tool rollouts.
- Partnering with external delivery partners to support programme execution and successful implementation.
- Driving project governance, ensuring the right forums, meetings and decision-making processes are in place.
- Tracking project milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, escalating issues where required.
- Supporting senior stakeholders by providing clear project updates and progress reporting.
- Acting as a key link between leadership teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Facilitating collaboration across functions to ensure projects remain on track and objectives are achieved.
- Maintaining project documentation, dashboards and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
About You:
- Proven experience delivering business transformation, change or organisational projects.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at both operational and leadership levels.
- Experience in identifying, managing and escalating project risks and issues.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience supporting change management, business readiness or adoption activities.
- Confident in facilitating discussions, coordinating teams and keeping projects moving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse groups.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project reporting tools; exposure to Power BI would be advantageous.
- Experience within FMCG, healthcare or other large matrix organisations would be beneficial, but is not essential.
