Are you a passionate, driven Team Leader ready to make a step up? Do you want to work for a household name in the FMCG world? As Production Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting your team to ensure the efficient production of high-quality, ‘Right First-Time’ products. You’ll play a key role in short- to medium-term planning (week 1 to week 4), ensuring resources and equipment are optimally utilised to meet production targets. You’ll also deputise for the Shift Operations Manager when required. This role is pivotal in supporting the site’s growth strategy, embedding a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, while maintaining operational flexibility across engineering, logistics, and technical support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to meet production plans and KPIs
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards
