As the PR Manager, you will lead brand awareness and storytelling through impactful influencer partnerships, media relations, talent collaborations, and culturally relevant campaigns that drive engagement, desirability, and brand image.
The Role:
- Develop and execute influencer and PR strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, journalists, and media contacts.
- Lead influencer campaigns across paid and organic partnerships, from outreach and negotiation through to reporting and performance analysis.
- Manage PR gifting, seeding programmes, launch mailers, and outreach.
- Support new product launches with integrated influencer and press campaigns designed to drive awareness.
- Coordinate brand events, press previews, influencer experiences, and launch activations.
- Work closely with social, brand, ecommerce, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment across channels.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, including reach, engagement, earned media value, and ROI.
- Ensure all influencer and PR activity aligns with the brand tone of voice and positioning.
About You:
- Proven experience within influencer marketing, PR, brand communications, or talent partnerships, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of influencer culture across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Existing relationships with creators, media contacts, talent agencies, or fashion press are highly advantageous.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, gifting programmes, and launch activations end-to-end.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of campaign performance metrics and ROI.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passionate about social trends, brand storytelling, and cultural moments.
