We’re currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented POS Manager to support the procurement and distribution of Point of Sale (POS) materials, branded collateral, and promotional items across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:- Support the procurement and supply of POS assets, apparel, and trade materials to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery across EMEA markets.
- Coordinate logistics, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth distribution.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, innovation rollouts, and other commercial projects involving POS materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, customs requirements, and relevant trade regulations.
- Provide administrative and project support to the wider procurement and marketing teams.
- Help track budgets and assist with reporting to ensure transparency and effective cost management.
- 2+ years’ experience in a procurement, supply chain, or trade marketing support role – ideally with exposure to POS, merchandise, or promotional materials.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or logistics systems is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a team-first attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
