You'll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, one of the world's leading CRM platforms, whilst working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to help drive business performance. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of Salesforce CRM
- Creating reports and dashboards that provide valuable commercial insights
- Maintaining data quality and ensuring accurate customer and sales information
- Supporting colleagues across the business with CRM queries and best practice
- Monitoring sales activity, pipelines and performance metrics
- Assisting with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement projects
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
- Helping identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Completion of an industry placement, internship, graduate programme or up to 12 months' commercial experience
- Experience using Excel for reporting, analysis or data management
- Exposure to CRM systems through university projects, placements or work experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP CRM or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to learn and develop
