What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of Salesforce CRM
  • Creating reports and dashboards that provide valuable commercial insights
  • Maintaining data quality and ensuring accurate customer and sales information
  • Supporting colleagues across the business with CRM queries and best practice
  • Monitoring sales activity, pipelines and performance metrics
  • Assisting with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement projects
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
  • Helping identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
  • Completion of an industry placement, internship, graduate programme or up to 12 months' commercial experience
  • Experience using Excel for reporting, analysis or data management
  • Exposure to CRM systems through university projects, placements or work experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP CRM or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset and genuine desire to learn and develop
