We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who can make their mark and help drive efficiency across both business and personal areas. Here’s how:
- Manage the MD’s diary, inbox, and day-to-day correspondence.
- Assist with travel, events, and business operations.
- Handle elements of life admin, scheduling, and household organisation.
- Provide ad-hoc support across marketing and operations when required.
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, Shopify or similar).
- Proactive, trustworthy, and happy working in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior PA experience required – attitude, initiative, and reliability are key.
- A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus!
