We are supporting a client on a business-critical assignment to appoint an Interim Factory Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small manufacturing site through a significant period of transition, ensuring operational stability while delivering a strategic outsourcing project.

- Proven experience within a manufacturing / factory environment

- Resilient, pragmatic, and confident operating in uncertain environments
