Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for food innovation and project delivery?

We’re partnering with a leading food and drink manufacturer that’s looking to expand its product development team with a capable and collaborative NPD Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new products from concept to shelf across a diverse and growing portfolio, in both local and global markets. As NPD Coordinator,you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives and product changes.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D — as well as external partners including suppliers, co-packers, agencies, and regulators. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the product pipeline, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring all packaging and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver product development and rollout projects within an approved pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Support marketing initiatives with label and packaging development
  • Track and report on project progress, flagging risks and resolving issues
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory and technical standards
  • Recommend improvements to the development process based on industry trends and insights

What We\’re Looking For

  • A degree (ideally in Marketing or a technical discipline)
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, procurement, or product development within the food & drink industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
