Are you an experienced Regional HR professional with strong TUPE and multi-site expertise? Our client is a forward-thinking organisation that prides itself on making a real difference every day. They’re now looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join their team and help shape the future of their people strategy across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business decisions, manage complex HR matters, and drive engagement at a regional level.

About the Role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional/local management teams, influencing strategy and operational plans.
  • Design, implement, and review HR objectives aligned with business and regional strategies.
  • Manage HR KPIs including engagement, attrition, and absence.
  • Lead on complex HR/ER matters including TUPE transfers (in and out), disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Support talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Develop training initiatives and coach managers to build capability.
  • Promote a positive organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Travel regularly across multiple sites to provide hands-on support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong TUPE experience and ability to manage transfers effectively.
  • Multi-site HR management experience is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Skilled in handling complex ER cases.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for people development.
