The business operates multiple direct-to-consumer websites and high-growth online marketplaces, including Amazon UK, eBay, OnBuy, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook. Amazon UK is now one of their fastest-growing trading accounts, exceeding a Β£25m run rate, with Amazon Europe launching in Q4 2025.

They are seeking an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of Amazon trading performance across the UK and play a key role in leading expansion into European marketplaces. This is a hands-on, analytical, and commercially driven role managing over 20,000 active listings, optimising performance, and driving profitable growth across both SWA and FBA models.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy & Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise 20,000+ Amazon listings to maximise visibility, conversion, and profitability
  • Implement data-led SEO, keyword optimisation, and product categorisation strategies
  • Develop and manage Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products / DSP campaigns
  • Drive continuous optimisation based on performance data, trends, and competitor insights

Commercial Management

  • Manage pricing architecture via Repricer, Mars, and other automated pricing tools
  • Implement and refine volume, loyalty, and trade discount structures
  • Monitor margin performance and ensure all commercial targets are achieved
  • Translate sales and advertising data into actionable commercial improvements

Performance & Compliance

  • Maintain Prime and Premium Seller status by meeting all Amazon operational KPIs
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, availability, and replenishment across both SWA and FBA
  • Ensure product compliance and work with authorised distributors and 3rd-party suppliers to maintain delivery efficiency

European Expansion

  • Lead Amazon EU marketplace launches across multiple regions
  • Set up and manage SWA and FBA operations in Europe, ensuring VAT and regulatory compliance
  • Assess pricing, logistics, and competitive landscapes to build market-specific strategies

Growth & Reporting

  • Produce regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and trading insights
  • Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to support holistic eCommerce growth

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace operations (UK essential; EU desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central, SWA, FBA, and Amazon Ads
  • Skilled managing large, complex product catalogues (10,000+ SKUs)
  • Experienced with repricing technology such as Repricer, Mars, or equivalent
  • Data-driven thinker with outstanding Excel and analytical capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance volume, margin, and compliance
  • Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Amazon trading performance within a fast-growing eCommerce division of a Β£500m+ business β€” with significant influence over UK growth and a leading role in European expansion.
