I'm working with a fast-growing on-trade drinks wholesaler, supplying bars, restaurants, hotels and venues with a standout portfolio of wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks and they're expanding their commercial team!
The Opportunity:
- This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to break into on-trade drinks sales.
- You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience across sales, customer management, product knowledge and commercial operations.

The Role:
- Supporting senior Account Managers across a portfolio of on-trade accounts
- Building relationships with bar managers, venue owners and hospitality teams
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the drinks portfolio
- Supporting promotions, tastings and brand activations
- Assisting with pricing, proposals and commercial activity
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working with logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
About You:
- Genuine interest in the drinks industry and on-trade market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Commercial awareness and comfort working to targets
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Full UK driving licence preferred
