As the Trade Development Manager, this is far more than a traditional “visit stores and take orders” role; it’s about making a real commercial impact. You will take full ownership of your territory, building a strong Monster presence across the independent convenience channel. Your focus will be on driving distribution, increasing visibility, improving availability, securing additional space, and delivering impactful in-store activations. This is a fast-paced, high-energy field-based role where resilience, accountability, and consistency are essential. You’ll see the direct impact of your work in-store every single day.
The Role:
- Winning new independent retail accounts and expanding product distribution across your territory
- Increasing product facings, improving product mix, and maximising cold availability in-store
- Delivering standout in-store execution through impactful POS materials and secondary displays
- Bringing promotional activity to life to help drive sales and increase the rate of sale
- Building strong relationships with distributor partner sales teams, providing support and training where needed
- Providing real‑time feedback and market insight to support wider business strategy
- Managing daily activity, reporting, and administration in line with company expectations and standards
About You:
- You may already have FMCG or field sales experience and be looking for the opportunity to represent a bigger brand with greater autonomy and ownership
- You could come from a retail, convenience, hospitality, or on‑trade background and be ready to take the next step into your first field sales role
- You bring high energy, drive, and a competitive mindset
- You are confident in building relationships and influencing customers through strong selling skills
- You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your performance and targets
