Would you like to join a fast-growing FMCG brand with a strong presence across major UK grocery retailers? Privately owned and generating millions in turnover, the business is currently ranked #3 in its category and has clear ambitions to double in size. With established relationships across key accounts, the business is focused on expanding distribution, strengthening retailer partnerships, and driving category growth through a highly commercial and collaborative approach. As the Junior National Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering these growth plans across core retail accounts.

The Role:

  • Support the management of major retail accounts across grocery and high street
  • Work closely with National Account Managers and report directly to the Commercial Director
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and category teams
  • Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key accounts
  • Support the development and execution of promotional and POS strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution and expand product listings
  • Drive revenue growth across key accounts and new business channels
  • Prepare for and attend head office meetings with retail partners
  • Analyse sales performance and provide insights to support commercial decisions
  • Play a key role in identifying and supporting new business development opportunities

About You:

  • Experience in an FMCG sales role (e.g. National Account Executive, Junior NAM, or similar)
  • Proven experience working with UK grocery retailers
  • Exposure to managing or supporting retail accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of category growth strategies
  • Confident working with data and able to draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales
